Delivery timing: Orders made by 3pm are available for next day delivery. Please specify your preferred time along with any special delivery instructions at checkout.

Pickup: You are always welcome to decline delivery at time of order and instead pick up this order at 3-2000 Thurston Drive, Ottawa. Orders placed by 3pm will be available for pickup at 11am the next day, orders after 3pm the following day.

Substitutions: Substitutions of accessories may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time. When necessary the substitution will be for equal or great value in a similar style.
